Here are 10 Tips that can help you improve the quality and quantity of the responses you get from your customer surveys. 1. Clearly define the purpose of your survey. 2. Keep the survey short and focused. 3. Keep the questions simple. 4. Used closed-ended questions whenever possible. 5. Keep rating scale questions consistent. 6. Make sure your survey flows in a logical order. 7. Pre-test your survey. 8. Schedule your survey by taking the calendar into account. 9. Offer an incentive for responding. 10.
