Michele Gravelle is the founder of Successful Conversations Now! a
corporate training firm dedicated to unleashing the power of
individual effectiveness and creating organizational excellence.
Michele works with organizations to connect workplace communication
to business strategy and results. Michele’s lifelong dedication
is to assist individuals in cultivating their leadership capabilities
through developing personal mastery of their communication skills.
Before building her own organization, Ms. Gravelle was the Director
of Corporate Education at Vantage Partners, a consulting firm affiliated with the Harvard Negotiation Project. At Vantage she partnered with internationally
acclaimed thought leaders in the field of negotiation and
relationship management to advance revolutionary dialogue skills
around the globe. Prior to joining Vantage Partners, Ms. Gravelle was
the National Director of Training at J. Walter Thompson, the oldest
advertising agency in the United States. While at JWT, she developed
ground-breaking training courses that redefined sales training in the
luxury retail industry.
