Dr. Love, is a tireless champion for
women’s health and a leader in the fight against breast cancer. She has
worked to end this disease through the Dr. Susan Love Research
Foundation; with her best-selling book, Dr. Susan Love's Breast Book,
and with the Love/Avon Army of Women.
The Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation is dedicated to
educating the public about breast cancer risk assessment, detection,
prevention, and treatment. The foundation is also committed to
advocating for expanded breast cancer research funding and for programs
that will ensure all individuals have access to free or low-cost breast
cancer screening and high-quality treatment.

The Love/Avon Army of Women was launched in October 2008 with the mission of recruiting one million healthy women to partner with breast cancer researchers and directly
participate in the research that will eradicate breast cancer once and
for all.
