Joyce Kolligian has been the executive director of the Simmons School of Management Leadership Conference for the past 9 years. During that time the conference has doubled in size in both attendance and corporate sponsorships. She is president of JK Carlyle Associates, a boutique consultancy specializing in marketing and communications to nonprofits. Joyce has an MBA from the Simmons School of Management.
