Sara Casey Connell is a writer, life coach, and speaker who specializes in women’s health, empowerment and helping women connect to their creative, innate feminine power.
Sara began her career in London, where she studied and trained with some of the UK’s leading coaches and holistic healers. She managed a team of therapists at The Organic Pharmacy and led workshops on women’s health and healing.
Sara currently lives in Chicago where she has a private practice, teaches, and leads workshops and retreats both locally and around the world.
Sara has been both a speaker and workshop leader for a variety of companies including: Avon, Estee Lauder: Origins, GE, The Leo Burnett Company, Jones Lang LaSalle, The Chicago Center for Spiritual Living, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Prentice Hospital for Women, Unilever, and Johnson & Johnson.
In London, Sara was a regular columnist in inBalance Magazine and her first CD, “Calm”©, was released last year. Sara appears frequently in the media, including as a regular contributor on FOX News Chicago for all of 2008. She is currently completing work on her first book- a memoir- which will be out soon.
