Empty nest entrepreneurs are finding that there is a huge world of life and excitement out there that we had forgotten existed, if we even had time to think about it in our earlier years!
Join me for "The Next 50 Are For You" - while I discuss starting a business without a clue, finding ways to grow that business (while growing again myself), as well as numerous miracles and pitfalls along the way. I will be bringing people on the show who cross my path, each with a fascinating story to tell.
I am learning that we women have so much to give (and say), but we need to find our own way to do it! We all have women in our own towns who are heroes, geniuses, survivors and uber-yentas. Hearing their stories helps us write our own. Menopause, elderly parents, grown children, evil stepmothers, current events and things that go bump in the night - we will try to take a look at them all with humor and wisdom.
In my business, HomeBadger Creations, I make apparel wraps for women of all ages - from nursing mothers to breast cancer survivors. I want to believe I can comfort the world, one wrap at a time. By reaching out with this show, I hope that we can all find a way to share our experiences, like passing along a verbal 'wrap', and grow together. At the very least, we can share a chuckle or a tear, and make one day a little better.
