Robb is a charismatic motivational speaker and personal, inter-personal, and institutional trainer with over 20 years experience as an individual and organizational training and human resources development professional. He founded The Leadership Source™, a speaking, training and coaching company that provides tools and direction to individuals and teams in the realm of business and personal leadership, and is himself an evolved leader who has facilitated the development of thousands of participants in personal and inter-personal growth trainings throughout the United States and overseas. In the past year, Robb has delivered public presentations to hundreds of participants and was brought on board by the following companies to deliver tailored trainings and presentations to their leadership, management and staff: Boeing, Madera County of Education, US Border Patrol, Discount Tire Company, US Marines, Hands-On Mobile, Edwards Air Force Base, Baxter Health Care, California National Guard, Core-Mark International, Contour Aerospace, St. Jude Medical, Naval Air Station Miramar, Tulare Adult School, Mule Creek Prison, California Indian Gaming Casinos and more.
Robb’s U.S. Navy career includes having been designated a training specialist and working in the fields of nuclear power and electrical engineering. During his relationship with the U.S. Navy he delivered highly technical trainings and developmental workshops to hundreds of personnel. Robb’s career has crossed over into the business world having spent over ten years as a business owner, in addition to development, management and leadership training of personnel in various human resources areas. He has been involved in executive leadership trainings, mastery communications programs, and is an active member and mentor in Toastmasters International.
Most recently, Robb co-created and co-developed an organization (IAPA Worldwide) intended to lead public and private agencies into the future by addressing the core values of each of its individual leaders and the organization as a whole. The project was designed to challenge the norms and 'lack' consciousness and the belief that change is out of 'our control'. The Institute for the Advancement of Public/Private Agencies (IAPA Worldwide) has already successfully guided two agencies and greater than ten percent of their entire staff resulting in greater communication successes, more effective decision making processes, and an overall individual satisfaction in the new ways of personal leadership.
