How Winter Darkness can Lead to Physical and Mental Doldrums and What you Can Do to Charge Up the Light

Winter is coming and when the number of daylight hours dwindles, often your vitality and energy seems to go with it. Some of us experience the symptoms of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) as soon as we turn back our clocks.
